Who Are We?

Top Teens of America (TTA) is a community service organization that seeks to enrich the lives of teenagers in our community by teaching excellence through culture, education, and leadership through the “ExCeL Program โ€“ Building the Next Generation of Leaders,” with emphasis on the 3 pillars; culture, education, and leadership supported by โ€œM.O.M.E.N.T.U.M.โ€

The MOMENTUM program contains eight (8) mantras: mission, ownership, mental toughness, empowerment, networking, teamwork, unity, and mentoring.

There are currently 108 TTA chapters with over 5,000 Top Teens located throughout the United States, making a difference in the community in which they live.

What Do We Do?

Top Teens of America (TTA) provides all teens regardless of their ethnic or socio-economic status, the opportunity to receive extra-curricular support, career and character development training, along with key community volunteer opportunities. 

Meet Lady Tiara Williams,
TTA Advisor

Lady Tiara Williams is an exceptional individual and esteemed Top Teen Advisor. Lady Tiara has an impressive track record within the Top Teens organization, having served as Area II Top Teen President for two terms. Her dedication and commitment to the organization are evident in the numerous leadership roles she has held throughout her journey.

During her time as a Top Lady, Lady Tiara has taken on significant responsibilities within her local chapter, showcasing her passion for community service and youth development. Some of the positions she has held include 1st Vice President, Community Beautification Chair, March of Dimes Chair, and Assistant TTA Advisor. Through these roles, Lady Tiara has contributed significantly to enhancing the chapter’s impact and empowering young individuals.

Beyond her leadership involvement, Lady Tiara’s influence extends to various committees, where she actively contributes her expertise and vision. She has played pivotal roles on committees such as Service to Youth, Technology Team, Social Media, Community Partnerships, and Status of Women. These committees represent her commitment to addressing critical issues and staying at the forefront of the needs of her community to better serve the Top Teens.

Lady Tiara’s leadership extends beyond her local chapter and committees. She has taken on additional responsibilities on both the Area and National levels. On the Area level, she serves on the Nominating Committee. At the National level, Lady Tiara is actively involved in the IT Committee, where she contributes her technical expertise to enhance the organization’s presence and efficiency.

With a strong belief in leading by example, Lady Tiara embodies the qualities she seeks to instill in the teens she advises. Her go-getter attitude and unwavering dedication to preparing young adults for success are reflected in her approach to mentoring and guiding Top Teens.
