Meet Lady Constance Robinson,
TTA Advisor
Lady Constance Robinson is a dedicated and creative member of Top Ladies of Distinction, Inc., having proudly served since 2021. Initiated during the height of the COVID-19 pandemic, she quickly became a dynamic force within her chapter through her commitment to service, youth development, and intergenerational collaboration. She currently serves as the Top Teens of America Advisor, after previously serving as the Assistant Top Teen Advisor.
Professionally, Lady Constance is a special education teacher who brings her passion for education, structure, and empowerment to everything she does. Guided by her personal motto, “Lead with strategy, act with intention,” she is known for designing purposeful and efficient service opportunities that engage both teens and adults alike.
Lady Constance has been actively involved in a wide range of committees, including Community Beautification, Community Partnership, Courtesy, Graphics, Literacy, Senior Citizens, and Service to Youth. She believes in blending projects and activities between the
Top Ladies and Top Teens, while also aligning service initiatives across the national program thrusts of TLOD. Her ability to foster collaboration and create shared impact is a hallmark of her leadership.
As Community Beautification Chair, she has led impactful projects that have deepened the chapter’s community presence. Notably, she organized the chapter’s participation in Kennedy Krieger’s Festival of Trees fundraiser and increased teen involvement in efforts such as Adopt-a-Road cleanups and trail maintenance in partnership with The Children’s Home. In her work with the Literacy Committee, she also oversees the chapter’s Little Free Library, ensuring it remains stocked and accessible as a resource for neighborhood families.
Whether she is mentoring Top Teens, supporting fellow Top Ladies, or rolling up her sleeves for community service, Lady Constance leads with passion, purpose, and strategic vision. Her dedication continues to strengthen the mission of Top Ladies of Distinction and empowers the next generation of socially responsible youth leaders.
Who Are We?
Top Teens of America (TTA) is a community service organization that seeks to enrich the lives of teenagers in our community by teaching excellence through culture, education, and leadership through the “ExCeL Program – Building the Next Generation of Leaders,” with emphasis on the 3 pillars; culture, education, and leadership supported by “M.O.M.E.N.T.U.M.”
The MOMENTUM program contains eight (8) mantras: mission, ownership, mental toughness, empowerment, networking, teamwork, unity, and mentoring.
There are currently 108 TTA chapters with over 5,000 Top Teens located throughout the United States, making a difference in the community in which they live.
What Do We Do?
Top Teens of America (TTA) provides all teens regardless of their ethnic or socio-economic status, the opportunity to receive extra-curricular support, career and character development training, along with key community volunteer opportunities.
